Pedigree names for dogs
Stamboomnamen, het blijft leuk.....
De ene fokker doet het kris kras door elkaar heen en de andere verzint voor ieder nestje een passend thema. Gelukkig is het in Nederland niet verplicht, zoals in sommige andere landen, om alle namen van het pas geboren nestje pups, te laten beginnen met dezelfde letter. Deze beginletter is dan ieder jaar afwisselend dus ieder jaar een andere letter. Sommige fokkers in Nederland doen dat ook, andere niet. In fokkersterm spreken we dan over een K nest, een O nest, een B nest ect.
De stamboomnamen van onze pups zijn bijna allemaal gerelateerd aan muziek omdat we destijds gekozen hebben voor de kennelnaam: THE ROCKING FLATLANDS.

Wij vinden het soms ook leuk om onze toekomstige en huidige eigenaren erbij te betrekken en op deze manier zijn er voor enkele van onze nestjes hele leuke en orginele thema's onstaan.
